Mony’s Is Back in Business

••• Mony’s has reopened for takeout (10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). And the restaurant is working on cook-your-own taco dinners; stay tuned or follow Mony’s on Instagram.

••• Santa Barbara Microgreens is “a start-up urban microgreen business” offering home delivery as of this Wednesday (with a $5 sample pack offer). Email [email protected] for details.

••• Barbareño says that it will be adding family meals to its offerings this week.

••• Los Agaves now has family dinners, as well as a “taco bar to go” and a “taco party for 1.” And the restaurant is “donating all gift card sales to their employees impacted by the restaurant closures due to Covid-19.” —Restaurant Guy

••• “Veggie Rescue Continues Service During Covid-19 […] Nonprofit Redistributes Unsold Produce from Farmers to Those in Need.” —Independent

••• If we’re going to be in this situation for another month or more, you’re going to need cheese. Edible Santa Barbara says that you can get 15% off a C’est Cheese delivery order of $30 or more. Deliveries happen Wednesday (Hope Ranch and Goleta), Thursday (Santa Barbara), and Friday (Montecito). UPDATE: C’est Cheese says that Edible got it wrong; the discount was from a New York State shop by the same name. But buy stuff from our C’est Cheese anyway!

••• Something to bear in mind for the weekend: Duo Catering & Events is selling a limited number of brunch baskets, which seems to include cinnamon rolls, quiche, and maybe more. And something else to bear in mind when you order: you can easily add a donation to help a family in need.
