Connected Strength is a boutique Strength and Pilates studio in Santa Barbara designed to make training more personalized, effective, and approachable.
Our small-group classes combine expert coaching with Tonal’s smart strength-training technology, allowing each member to train at an individualized resistance level while still benefiting from the energy and community of a group setting. With a maximum of eight members per class, our coaches can provide individual guidance, modifications, and progressions while helping you build strength and confidence over time.
