I subscribe to the pro version and have stopped using attorneys to go over contracts (as an entrepreneur, I’ve spent a huge amount of money on attorneys over the years). ChatGPT has no conflicts of interest. I had a law firm I paid for almost 10 years that wouldn’t represent me because they supposedly had a “conflict” with a large bank that was violating their contract to call a low interest rate commercial mortgage (claiming they had represented the bank previously) only to not represent me in a real estate transaction when a billionaire bought a house I owned because they claimed the billionaire had already contracted with them. Needless to say, the two faced creeps wanted the more affluent client.

I thought that was interesting about all the long days and hours the sheriff are putting in these days as I have only seen a sheriff car drive through our Neighborhood about 6 times (and might mention seen to be always moving a very brisk clip at that) in 12 years.

I was just talking to a gardener in my neighborhood from Ecolawn as he was using an electric blower. It had a backpack battery that powers all there equipment. Said it lasts all day and he prefers it to gas powered equipment.
