Crazy to see mesa lane sell within a week of listing all cash.
On a more serious note, Santa Barbara is awesome, weather is great, small town feel with some LA vibes but most of the homes are really dogs listed above…nothing great about them in terms of driving up to your home and feeling impressed with the amount of money paid. NO WoW there! Maybe it’s me but IF I’m spending 5 or 6 million, I want to be wowed when I drive up..
