Maroon 5 Frontman Adam Levine Flipped His Montecito Estate

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo have flipped El Miraval, the 1923 George Washington Smith estate in Montecito that they bought in March for $22.7 million. They made a pretty profit, too: word on the street is that the buyer paid around $28 million in an off-market deal. (We’ll have to wait to learn the exact amount.) UPDATE 6/7: It was $28.5 million.

Levine and Prinsloo are said not to be looking for a new place in the area.
