The previous week’s roundup included the four-cottage compound at 15 Miramar Avenue, but an astute reader pointed out that it was actually 1 Miramar Avenue that closed for $7.675 million. (The title report will likely be updated accordingly.) For what it’s worth, 15 Miramar Avenue changed hands for $7 million earlier this year in an off-market deal. And 1 Miramar is a 1904-ish house with a ton of character.
