The World’s Biggest Bounce House Is Coming to Town

••• The Big Bounce America is coming to Elings Park (March 25-27): “The Big Bounce America is the largest touring inflatable event in the entire world! We’ve created an action-packed day out suitable for all ages and featuring some of the most unique and exciting custom-built inflatable attractions ever made.” It’s probably just as well I’ll be away, because I’d totally do it and I can’t think of a more embarrassing way for a grown-ass man to hurt himself. Tickets are $19 for toddlers, $32 for kids age 3 to 15, and $39 for ages 16 and up.

••• Farmer & the Flea is moving from Summerland to Santa Barbara: “Come celebrate with us at our new location, the El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park located on 123 Canon Perdido St., from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.” on Saturday, March 26. “We’ll have the F&F family representing, joined by three music sets and all the treats you can get your hands on!”

••• Start sewing those sequins: “The 2022 Summer Solstice Celebration theme is… ‘Shine!’ It’s sooooo time to shine, sing, dance and put our sparkly, wild and wonderful joyous costumes on, and connect and smile! So bring on your creative ideas for poster and t-shirt art because another season of Solstice is here! And yes, we will be having a full on real-deal parade! More details coming soon!” The parade is June 25.

••• King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard play the Arlington Theatre on April 13.

••• Mary Chapin Carpenter plays the Lobero on June 18.

••• And Maren Morris plays the Santa Barbara Bowl on September 15.

••• 871 Sand Point Road didn’t sell for $10.95 million in late 2021, so the only logical thing to do was bring it back for $14.75 million.
