The house that Rob Lowe built, which traded in September 2020 for $44.5 million, sold off-market for the year’s highest number (at least so far). The Zillow listing, linked above, still has photos from last time it sold. The buyer is a celebrity, judging from the representation, but we’ll wait for Dirt to spill that news.
