••• Restaurant Guy says that the “Miramar Beach Bar is now open for walk-up service for locals and guests alike, who would like to purchase made-to-order cocktails to-go.” A week or so ago, someone told me that it was open-open, with guests drinking at the tables. Never went and verified it, though. (The food truck is still there serving food, too.)
••• The Last Peach, a locally produced “digital & print publication focused on independent & values-based restaurants” posted on Instagram that it would be launching its website in nine days. the founder is UC Berkeley student Makani Kirwin; no word on the URL yet.
••• Speaking of delivery bakeries, Gipsy Hill Bakery now has a website where you can place orders. The potato, cheese, and onion pastries are calling my name….
