Yes, I started taking Quarantina to get to our dog school and was surprised at the conditions down there. Feel like the city needs to come up with some solutions for all the people living in rv’s.
Those N are part of a geocache hunt that someone put up around town back in 2022. Glued those tiles to city property, historic sites as well as personal property without approval. Have been trying to get the city to remove them for years.
Why not just raise prices??
Not a tip then. Doesn't service charge. Auto charge could be used for anything.
Novo, on San Luis Creek, has nice patio & great food.
Required 22% is ridiculous. Classic money grab.
22% auto charge is absurd.
Why a 22% Auto charge? That is pretty steep. I'm still grappeling with the fact that the common 15% tip has been replaced with a minimum 18% tip on charging apps.
If you like sushi try Goshi.
Wow! The descriptions made my head spin but then reading the menus there is a lot of commonality in ingredients so might be a brilliant marriage of concepts.
Wow!!! You visited My hometown! I love it. Finally some “TucsonTime on Siteline!” Ok but… the Dirty T? That’s just the young ones that like to label stuff and ….None of us long time Native Tucsonans refer to our city as that. The “Old Pueblo” is more like it. Charming. Artsy. Historic and in my mind a sister city to Santa Barbara. Take a deeper peek behind the scenes of Food, Architecture, and the Culture with me. :-) Little known fact… Tucson in many places looks like Santa Barbara without the ocean. The famous local architect/ builder team from generations ago (Joesler/Murphey) came to Santa Barbara in the early 1900’s and went back to Tucson and focused on Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and added it to the mix of Mission and Pueblo Revival. They defined the architectural identity of Tucson. Just AI it with Google. Yep. All the famous homes of the Catalina Foothills Estates (7,000 acres) where I grew up are The Prizes! Lee Marvin’s Joesler/Murphey home just sold a few years back. And the beautiful commercial properties of Casas Adobes, Broadway Village, Saint Phillip’s plaza and the church St. Phillip’s. Don’t forget the Hacienda Del Sol guest ranch which was originally a 1929 ranch school for girls. My sister in law Susan Murphey married the late grandson Robert Murphey. That’s how I know about their visit to SB that no one really knows about!! Insider Information I say. Side note: Susan rented a home in San Roque for the next year so she’ll be hanging around the wine tasting room. An amazing and very accomplished artist btw. Maybe on your next visit you can visit the Old Pueblo and enjoy its other true historic charm. Yes I familiar with Sam Hughes. Quirky. Charming. Historic. My parents have a historic bungalow across the Street from the Arizona Inn. Another legendary Tucson hotel property that recently sold and is being updated. Sold to all my friends locally. Including Steve Kerr our local basketball legend! They will do a great job of the much needed renovation. So many Presidents of the past have visited and stayed there. As you can see I’m mighty proud of my hometown and thank you for making it a focus in Siteline. And thank you for giving me a chance to highlight the other side of Tucson’s history! So similar to Santa Barbara. How about the Fiesta De Los Vaqueros?! And how about it being the ONLY UNESCO world Herritage site in America … for food?! You kidding me?! Insane! It’s the Mexican food and unquestionably amazing flavors. Team: there are So Many amazing ones but for me and others: Rosas on Campbell/ Ft Lowell is the winner. Don’t ask how much money me and the fam have spent there over last 45 years. Basically a weekly visit. True dat! Honestly the Mexican cuisine along with the historic architecture is what defines Tucson quickly. Along with world class Spas like Canyon Ranch and Miraval. Not to mention our Arizona Wildcats basketball team. National Champs 1997 and hall of fame coach Lute Olson. Came close again this past year! One thing Tucson doesn’t have? You guessed it. Santa Barbara’s weather. So they just come visit right?! Appreciate you Erik! Jamie Slone

Knowing these chefs that’s not just a couple dill pickles on the plate. For free pickles a sandwich at three pickles sounds like what would suit someone who is trying to save money. I would imagine this would be a farmers market organic homemade thing.
There was a Chanticleer spelled differently before Lucius in Montecito this The Chanticlair is the original from the 40’s!
Way to go Chef Jeremy!
Yes but there was also a downtown Chanticlair in the 100 East Block of De La Guerra in the 1940's, where the Lady Meridian studios, with the fading lavender facades, are located.
Yep! That and the Olive Mill Bistro were 2 of my parents favorite date night spots!
My memory of the Chanticleer from long ago was that it was in Montecito where Lucky’s is located now.
There are plenty of public and historical records that invalidate the stories from Huguette's secret friend. DIY
I’m a Special Ed Transitions teacher and I’m VERY INTERESTED in Camp Gratitude. I have some great talent that I’d like to participate in this amazing opportunity!! My cell is 805-797-0442.
Sounds like TAD is the only one that really knows what's going on, and everybody else demands that they know what's going on but you know that one person that has all the inside information, with five other screaming for the sources, tend to believe that one person with the inside information. This is Montecito, what sources do you want cited. It's all hush-hush if you really know the ins and outs of Montecito, most stuff will not be on Google that happened and that is known. Anyone who knows anything about Montecito knows that the real information has never been published honey.
