As a mom of 6, I love this! We were not meant to raise families in the isolation that is modern life. Parents need other parents and kids need other kids and adults (aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, friends.) My kids are all adults, but perhaps I can lure them to SB with the promise of membership!
Love this idea so much!!
I love this post so much.
Absolutely love this! Shadow so good.
With tables on the lawn! Great idea.
Best of luck to the team at Bungalo! No easy task starting a small business in Santa Barbara these days. Hats off for the creativity and hope it works well.
Hi Mama! Thanks for your feedback. I will definitely consider over time how to expand my access. This is just my starting point. If you look at what is included, such as all the Pop-Ins, it is a pretty great rate. Plus each adult gets 25 Guest Passes!

Hi G- Thanks for your feedback. We tried to pull in a lot of conversational pieces that open our minds up to talking about this stage of life, as Grown-Ups and with our Littles. The wallpaper is in the Boobie Lounge which is an oasis for infant feedings, no matter which way it occurs. From breast to bottle, this is the place to embrace!

A coffee shop with treats would be so delightful here next to the bookshop. Maybe with room to sell local artist's prints/work. :-)
YES to the coffee shop in upper village where Coda vacated!
Yes please on a coffee spot in the Upper Village...Good coffee ( some pastries also please) and a gathering place is a much needed enhancement to our charming little enclave. Next to the bookstore would be the perfect spot. :)
also have 2 littles and love this idea! feedback on pricing: families of 4 who can easily afford a $4k initiation probs already have this covered with nannies, etc. For the *rest* of us who could use this and would like to jump on it the fees are a little high to maintain when you take into account what daycare/preschool are already costing us :)
Well, spank me and call me Sally! Where have I been? Loved that yearly sale
As a parent of 2 littles, I actually love this idea. For a kids spot though...they may want to rethink the boob wallpaper.
Hi Robert- Good ideas are subjective. It would be great to hear more feedback that is actionable. Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion though it will be hard to take that into consideration as feedback.

May Madness, the antique shop, practice rooms and clothing boutique, The Rack, all shut down at the old MAW now MA.
Sadly the shops at the MA have been closed for the last two years. I’m doubtful they’ll reopen, but I hope I’m wrong.
Wouldn’t that be the yearly sale at Music Academy? Or the resale shop at said academy?
All those new shops sound great but not for the individual that seeks vintage. Montecito needs a good thrift shop. I'll be waiting anxiously for that.
Dang. I thought it was Fupeman's secret Fortress of Solitude :( I'll keep looking for it.
$4.495 million (472 Santa Rosa Lane ) for that kitchen?! With multi-decades-old linoleum? Wow.
I hope Azul Cocina makes it, $30 for enchiladas is a bit steep!
I think I am most excited about the teddys by the sea restaurant coming to the old Mackenzie market location. I was talking to my next door neighbor who is best friends with the owners of teddys by the sea and several other places that I had no idea like the uptown lounge and brass bird coffee in carpinteria. He was telling me about the plans the owners have for the new ( Mackenzie market ) location and I can’t wait to get the best fish tacos I have ever tried along with a killer margarita just steps from my house. I can’t wait for my property value to go up once they open. K.
