Another Timely Mural Has Been Painted on Haley Street

••• Another timely mural has gone up on Haley, this one at De La Vina. This one is by Danny Meza.

••• Seda Custom Skin Care has opened at 1125 Coast Village Road: “It all begins with an analysis of your skin to measure pH, moisture, sebum, elasticity, wrinkle depth. Once we have the data, we run your data profile through our AI-enhanced software. The result is a unique SkincareID that helps you make very important decisions about your daily beauty routines and about what your skin needs to look its best.”

••• The San Ysidro Ranch has reopened, but “all food service is currently available through in-room dining, though we hope to allow hotel guests to dine in the restaurants soon.” Followed eventually, one assumes, by non-guests….

••• The Four Seasons Biltmore, meanwhile, is accepting reservations for July 1 onward.

••• Big estate sale in Buellton this weekend: “The historic Willemsen dairy farm dating from Buellton’s early days tells a longer and more local story than most. In the grand old barn and grounds, discover the practical and the nostalgic, from furniture, lighting, art, décor, and kitchenware, to antique farm implements, vintage equestrian tack, countless power and hand tools, dairy and farming supplies and materials, memorabilia, and ranch equipment.” I think this page is about the sale, but it’s hard to tell. To attend in person, it’s at 202 Dairyland Road, and the hours are Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Or you can sign up for the Treasured Estates list and get early access on Friday.

••• Two recent sales of note: 1) 1164 Hill Road, between Butterfly Beach and the 101, closed at $4.525 million. It was most recently listed at $4.895, having started in February 2019 at $6.5 million.

2) And 582 Freehaven Drive sold for $5.103 million, above the asking price of $4.995 million.
