••• The Barbareño folks have added a pretty private event space called The Drawing Room to their portfolio. It’s at 1332 De La Vina Street (across street from Bistro Amasa).

••• And Dom’s Taverna has added an upstairs private-dining room that can seat 40.

••• According to the Radius Commercial Real Estate Q3 report, MarAmi Vineyards has leased around 3,890 square feet in the former Coast Tires & Service location (136 E. Haley Street, at Santa Barbara Street).

••• Ancora Osteria is now offering takeout; order by phone.

••• A rendering for the Whiskey ‘N Rye barbecue restaurant coming to Camino Real Marketplace (Home Depot, etc.) in Goleta. The architect is Paul Poirier + Associates; the interior designer is Heather Saarloos. —Noozhawk

••• The Zaca Coffee truck has set up shop at Tri-County Produce.

••• The State & Hope development in the Macy’s side of the La Cumbre Plaza block goes in front of the Architectural Board of Review on November 9, with a new (to me) site plan as part of the submitted materials.
