Santa Barbara County Enters the Next Reopening Tier Tomorrow

••• “Santa Barbara County says it will move into the red tier of the state’s Covid-19 restrictions beginning Wednesday at 8 a.m. Governor Gavin Newsom was expected to make the announcement Tuesday. The County of Santa Barbara Public Health Order will be issued Tuesday afternoon.” That means restaurants can serve indoors at 25% capacity (to to 100 people); retail can upgrade to 50% capacity; gyms and fitness studios can be at 10%; and churches can allow 25%.
