Mesa Oceanfront Compound Sells for $10.375 Million

Notable sales from the past seven days….

101 Mesa Lane is the 2.5-acre oceanfront compound that first came on the market—as parts and in its entirety—in November 2019. The price for the whole megillah was just under $15 million. The properties were relisted last April for much less ($10.955 million)—and it appears that one person bought all three for even less, $10.375 million. UPDATE 7/4: According to the listing agent, only 5/7ths of the property was apparently sold, for $10.375 million, and the rest did not change hands.
