L.A.’s Lucca Antiques Has Opened a Huge Showroom in Montecito’s Upper Village

••• L.A.’s Lucca Antiques has opened a huge, gorgeous showroom in Old Firehouse in Montecito’s Upper Village (where Union Bank used to be). I’m hoping to write a longer post soon. In the meantime, go check it out; open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

Hearing on the request of Ginger Andersen, agent for 3282 Beach Club Drive Family Trust, to consider Case No. 19CDH-00000-00006, [application filed on February 11, 2019] for a Coastal Development Permit with Hearing in compliance with Section 35-169.2 of Article II, the Coastal Zoning Ordinance, on property zoned 3-E-1 to allow for the construction of a new approximately 16,388 square foot single family dwelling, approximately 3,365 square feet of accessory structures, a new pool and spa, a new pond, and associated infrastructure, on a 10.25-acre parcel zoned 3-E-1 and shown as Assessor’s Parcel Number 005-260-018, located at 2825 Padaro Lane, in the Summerland Community Plan area, First Supervisorial District; and to determine that no subsequent Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration shall be prepared for the project pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15164, as specified in Attachment C of this staff report.
