The Summerland outpost of Big Daddy’s Home & Garden—in the space that used to be Cafe Luna—has opened. The store comprises three buildings and the outdoor areas around them, making for a pleasant wander. As for the merchandise, imagine a Venn diagram with rustic and expensive overlapping; wabi-sabi abounds. I only wish there was a café component, à la Field + Fort, so I’d have an excuse to hang out for a while.
