That Barton Myers house was owned by Natalie Portman until 2022 – cool indeed. And since you asked, other softer words for “fixer” could be needs updating, refreshing, spiffing, nip and tuck, polishing, modernizing.
Natalie Portman actually owned a Barton Myers house on Toro Canyon Road.
Property market is moribund. Hopefully the New Year will bring a thaw.
