Nope, but thanks for guessing!

Tickle me or paint me? Chinese calligraphy brushes, a nod to those who know art or have a creative side.
It looks like it might be the entrance to Ty Warner’s property on Channel Drive.
I thought your comments about French style home being stale was very rude , The owner /designer had that home published in many national magazines . She is still living in montecito and raised her family there for twenty years . Just like the new owners it was a ground breaking masterpiece in the 1990’s. Many of the bones of this updated version were her architectural designs . She has moved on to an incredible contemporary property where she is working her magic . Thought your comments were glib and hurtful. New owners got published in AD and now flipping , never their original intentions when buying . Don’t think you know all the facts on this one. You do an amazing job with siteline which I read religiously but think you overstepped this time . You are not a broker are you ?
Thank you for putting up these signs. E-bikes have a motor and therefore should only be allowed on motorized trails and motorized roads. If you want to ride a bike non a non-motorized trail then stop being lazy and get a self-powered mountain bike. Who knows you might even get in shape and loose some weight if you do all the pedaling yourself.
SB Democrat,,,,,,Get a Life!!!Go Vegetarian.....Move to Russia!...Everyone is tired of reading your rantings
I really hope a Luna Grill would come to IV. Hummus Republic is good but not quite the same as LG. IV is in desperate need of some new spots to open.
A Luna Grill in Montecito would be such a welcome addition! Since Little Alex's was pushed out, there are no affordable places for lunch or a quick dinner.
I too miss the old wine plus beer spot. It had some character. The new spot just seems like a generic filler. It’s nice to have lots of options, it’s weird that the shalhoobs spot is in 2 spots.
Similar situation here; one of us either needs to stay home or we can't travel too far because of projects at home, so this article is a wonderful reminder to go spelunking and find a few new gems (food, shops, history, art or whatever treasure your seek) in Los Angeles — and a wonderful reminder of why we live here. Your post also reminds me of something that always happens to us, be very strategic and limited in how much you plan to see/do. I always plan too much there and forget to allow recharge time. LA is quickly exhausting. Even just people watching in public space or enjoying a garden oasis in a coffee shop are well worth the time for additional stamina.

Hey, take a chill pill. Violation of your lifestyle? What does that mean?
Lilac Patisserie signed the lease just a few weeks ago.
Ehhhhhh I don't hate the Cantwells development, or at least as much as you can not hate four-story megablocks in SB while acknowledging they are gonna get built. By the time it's gone through the HLC wringer it will probably look a bit more attractive - at least it has parking and a mixed-use development isn't a bad idea for the space, more so arguably than pure residential.
Luna Grill - maybe the old Mesa Burger spot? Is that still available?
Stuff to do for CHILDREN please.
There are many good psychotherapists in Santa Barbara. Please find one.
Only 3 of the apartments will be below market price. (i.e., affordable)
State Street between the Arlington and Mission is very sleepy and underdeveloped in my opinion. I drive or walk it almost every day and it’s never not very sleepy. The Cantwell’s project seems like a good idea. The height feels a bit oppressive but the cost of construction probably demands it in order for it to make sense.
The obvious trolling is a really tired schtick already and you’ve only been doing it a few days. Give up and move on.
We are truly bless to be a sanctuary city that reject’s the racist beliefs of the stupid republitards. If this was Texas the rednecks would run these Mexican restaurants out of town and we’d have nothing to eat but Caucasian skinhead food such as fried chicken. We are proud of are intelligent local politicians such as Hannah Beth Jackson and Das Williams. They are visionaries and we must keep them in power to combat global warming and racism from the FoxNews watching skinheads
I’m thinking the old Old brewery with bocce spot (Pure Order). Says Haley Corridor not actually Haley.
Wow SB Democrat!!! I thought the Republicans were the only ones that had gone batsh*t crazy until I read your illiterate and ill informed post. Creating more density (especially residential) may be the only thing that can save our beautiful State Street.
So happy to see that Corazon Comedor will have breakfast: if the chilequiles are as good as the ones at their cafecito in the Public Market, can't wait!
