STATE OF THE SITE
In the eight months since I started Siteline, feedback has been positive, and readership has steadily increased. But to take it to the next level, I need your assistance. Here are three easy ways to help, none of which involve giving money. (The main one is to please recommend Siteline to anyone you think might like it.)

JUST LISTED
This week’s noteworthy new listings: Sweet little 1945 oceanfront house trying for a $3 million flip; midcentury Hope Ranch house with dazzling mountain views; bold colors on the Riviera; tiny 1902 cottage in Mission Canyon; 287 acres on the far side of Refugio State Beach.

Weather forecast from Jack Martin of Action Roofing: “A chance of drizzle or light rain today, but nothing more then a 1/10 of an inch. On Saturday, we start to break out of the low, as it moves east. Sunday, a weak high-pressure system makes for a nice day, allowing temps to recover a few degrees—maybe some 70s again. Another low moves in Sunday night. This one is also weak, but it seems to pack a little more punch. Chances of light rain start up on Monday with 1/4 inch or less. Tuesday and Wednesday look to warm up and will be nicer days.” Email [email protected] to sign up for his daily updates.
