After a recent state-of-the-art expansion, McCann Mini Storage now has over 600 units ranging in size from 5X5 to 20X20. The smaller units are great for individuals needing to store the contents of a 1-2 room residence. Larger units are perfect for 2- and 3-bedroom homes. Our biggest units are an excellent choice for large, 4- and 5-bedroom homes. Choose from inside storage units or drive-up storage units for easier accessibility. If you need help figuring out which size you need, our facility managers are happy to assist.
McCann Mini Storage is located on the north end of Carpinteria on the corner of Cravens Lane and Via Real. Located amongst several residential communities, the storage facility is just under 2 miles from downtown Carpinteria and approximately 5 miles south of Montecito. We love our proximity to Santa Barbara, one of the most beautiful stretches of California coastline. All set against the backdrop of the Santa Ynez mountains.
McCann Mini Storage features a number of important security features to protect both you and your property. We have surveillance cameras through the buildings and property that digitally record all activities. Our premises are only accessed via gated entry, and our storage units feature high-security locks. We also have an on-property resident to monitor activity after hours.
We offer low storage rates to make storing with us affordable. In addition, we frequently offer specials with introductory rates that make your initial cost very reasonable. Plus, we make paying your bill easy and convenient. Choose either our direct pay option or our online payment system.
Our partner company, Hazelwood Allied, is a full-service relocation company that’s been providing local, national, and international moves since 1918. Whether you need residential or commercial moving services, they can help you. For more information, visit hazelwoodallied.com or call (805) 963-4493.
