Coast Village Road mainstay Cava is closing after 25 years: “It is gratifying to end Cava’s long run on a positive note, with heads held high, as we do right by employees, customers and vendors alike,” says owner Carlos López-Hollis. And its siblings—Carlito’s downtown and Dos Carlito’s in Santa Ynez—are still going strong.
