Connected Strength, Santa Barbara’s newest small-group strength training studio, recently celebrated its first month of classes. In just four weeks, members completed 315 workouts, nearly 8,000 sets, and lifted more than 9.3 million pounds. Located next to Bossie’s Kitchen, Connected Strength was built to make personalized, premium strength training more accessible. Classes are small and coach-led, with each member training on their own Tonal. This allows every workout to be tailored to the individual, with resistance automatically matched to each member’s strength level and adjusted as they get stronger. The result is a welcoming environment where beginners and experienced lifters can train side by side while each receives a workout appropriate for their abilities. Learn more or try a class at here.
