The State Has Ordered Restaurants Here to Close All Indoor Operations

California governor Gavin Newsom has ordered 19 counties—including Santa Barbara—to halt indoor operations immediately at restaurants, wineries, movie theaters, museums, zoos, and more. And bars must close entirely.
