WEATHER FORECAST
“Temps should remain around normal though the weekend, with coastal highs in the low 80s and 60s at night,” says Jack Martin of Action Roofing. “Next week, we’ll have cooling on Monday and Tuesday, then a warm-up Wednesday into the weekend. This looks to provide us temps 6 degrees above normal and a possible heat wave in our future.” Email [email protected] to receive daily updates.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
The word of the week is up: there were far more notable price increases than reductions, a clear sign that agents don’t see interest waning.
