Wow! Over 3 3/4 million for (what I’m pretty sure is) a prefab/modular/Kit House @ 660 Orchard Lane. Completely insane…

Stop with the successful flip nonsense. After commissions and what they undoubtedly put into the place they broke even at best. We live next to their recent purchase on Hot Springs and there have been 10-15 trucks parked on the road since the day it closed so when she flips this one it will likely have quite a bit init above the purchase price.

I don’t think they put all that much into this one, and we don’t know what their commission structure is. Was it wildly successful? No. Was it successful? Sure.

With all due respect, everything I’ve ever heard or seen about Ellen indicates that she’s an exceptionally savvy businesswoman. Due to that and how profitable the market has been in the last year or so it seems quite silly to think that she would do this without making a profit.

Price is the price and math is math. She wins some she loses some this one looks like a push. She doesn’t do it for the money

Ennisbrook seems successful enough for a four-month flip even with costs, especially for someone who is running a portfolio, and also I think he wasn’t just referring to the money. I think they did a nice job of making it turnkey.
