Lee has my vote for the most amazing ‘spiffer-uppers’ ever done in Montectio. We can all learn from her design genius!!!

Erik: In your last post, you mentioned thoughts of ‘how to proceed’ or ‘add to’ your business. With your extensive knowledge of viewing properties and your good sense of what sells and why a property commands an upper or lower price; I would think you could easily add a great service at a very good price as a ‘finish design coordinator’ working with sellers and agents to perfectly prepare a home for sale. I did this as an independent Designer/Broker for my own listings which I am proud to say always sold quickly and at great prices!!! I had other agents ask me for assistance and input so I know there could be a market for you. Yes, there are stagers but this is having more knowledge of the market to know preparation for the right pricing. Happy to discuss further and might be fun to include Lee.
