The thing everyone seemed to miss about the Cliff Drive oceanfront was it’s a double lot. If you take a look at what the other double lots once split on that small private lane have actually gone for it was the best deal in town. A couple million into reno of the existing home and you would have a $10-12 million dollar place (also has path to the beach and a large patio halfway between beach and house). Then you have an oceanfront lot to do with as you please on other side. The other three lots that sold on street now have homes valued in the $12-15 million range built on them and that extra lot is the last buildable parcel there of the 9 that comprise the street..
