This marks the first closing at the Santa Barbara Polo Residences, the new development next to the Polo Club. If I understand correctly, the listing price was for the floor plan as it might exist elsewhere in the community; fronting the polo field, 120 Polo Way was all kitted out as a model (and perhaps even sold furnished).
Listed: $5.425 million in May 2025.
Closed: $6.34 million.
311 MEADOWBROOK DRIVE
Single-level Ennisbrook five-bedroom (although it lives more like a four-bedroom with a lot of sitting rooms) on a 1.27-acre lot.
