The Santa Barbara Culinary Experience announced the lineup for its first-ever festival. It benefits the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts, with many events inspired by Child. There’s even a free map of her favorite local haunts.

HAMMER TIME!
Another historic Montecito estate is headed to auction. Designed by noted architect Lutah Maria Riggs in the early 1930s, the 2.1-acre property has a Hollywood glamour—and a peachy exterior—reminiscent of the Hotel Bel-Air and Beverly Hills Hotel. It was most recently listed for $12.5 million.
