That Barton Myers house was owned by Natalie Portman until 2022 – cool indeed. And since you asked, other softer words for “fixer” could be needs updating, refreshing, spiffing, nip and tuck, polishing, modernizing.
Property market is moribund. Hopefully the New Year will bring a thaw.
