Ricardo Ave does have incredible views, but that is a bonkers price for a former hoarder house.
I agree. I walk by this house often. I can’t imagine paying $3.5 million for it. Thought I did notice a closing price change to $2,799,000. Yes, amazing unblocked views. But you’d have to tear it down after the years of ick. Did you notice? It was purchased in 1988 for $350k. Someone made a great return!
The listing agent says it sold for $3.5 million (and I see the $2.799 million on Redfin, but I don’t know what that’s about).
