Santa Barbara startup Kitchenette has been transforming dinner for local families since launching this spring. Now the company expands beyond its signature 4-portion “family” meals to include 2-portion servings and standalone side dishes.
Kitchenette’s new plant-based Buddha Bowl is available in 4 and 2 portion sizes. It satisfies meat eaters and vegans alike, with Rancho Gordo chickpeas in a coconut-spinach stew, roasted sweet potatoes and red onions, organic beluga lentils and roasted almonds. Not pictured: avocado tahini dressing for drizzling.
