ZenStay Hospitality
Boutique hotel management from the local team behind Casa Iglesia and Casa Riviera. Flat 10% fee, no markups
ZenStay is a boutique hotel management company based in Santa Barbara. We operate 134 rooms across Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, South Lake Tahoe and Solvang, and we own most of the hotels we run, including Casa Iglesia, Casa Riviera, Casa Castillo, Casa De La Vina and Casa Jardin in Santa Barbara. Hotel owners who hire us get the same operation that runs our own buildings: daily revenue management, distribution across every major channel plus direct booking, 24/7 guest support, housekeeping and maintenance, TOT filing, and monthly room-level reporting. Our fee is a flat 10% of booking revenue, and it is the only money we make. Nothing is marked up.

Our clients say...
“Zenstay operates our property like they own it. From day one, they've combined hospitality expertise with sharp revenue management, and they've been thoughtful, responsive, and cost-conscious every step of the way. It's the kind of partnership that lets us focus on capital allocation rather than day-to-day operations.” — Matt
