Healthspan+ Montecito
Become the CEO of your own health
What if you knew more about your health today—and had a practical plan for protecting it for the years ahead?
Healthspan+ Montecito is a private health and longevity center designed for people who want to take a more active role in how they age. Located in the heart of Montecito, Healthspan brings advanced health assessment, physician guidance, strength and cardiovascular training, and restorative technologies together in one highly personalized environment.
The philosophy is simple: measure what matters, understand where you are, and use that information to improve what comes next.
Members may begin with a DEXA scan to measure body composition, visceral fat and bone health; a VO₂ Max test to assess cardiovascular fitness; or Healthspan’s Comprehensive Health Blueprint—a multi-day assessment combining extensive biomarkers with DEXA, VO₂ Max, movement, strength, balance, cognitive testing and physician review.
From there, the focus shifts from information to action.
Healthspan members work to preserve and improve the things that matter increasingly with age: muscle and bone strength, cardiovascular capacity, balance, mobility, metabolic health, cognition, energy and resilience. Programs may include adaptive resistance training with ARX, physician consultations, movement and functional training, red light therapy, Vasper, AllCore360°, BioCharger and other advanced health and recovery technologies.
But Healthspan is less about the individual technologies than what happens when they work together. Testing creates a baseline. Training and personalized interventions create change. Reassessment shows what’s working and helps guide what comes next.
The result is a different relationship with aging—one built around participation rather than simply waiting for problems to appear.
Some clients come to Healthspan for a single DEXA or VO₂ Max test. Others make it an ongoing part of their lives through membership. Either way, the objective is the same:
More good years—and more life in those years.
