Herring Imming LLP
Delivering unmatched client service, expertise, and results in family law matters in 'the 805’ and beyond
Herring Imming LLP is a boutique family law firm, centered in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo Counties, with a statewide footprint. We provide our select clientele uniquely attentive service.
Greg Herring, CFLS, AAML, and IAFL, is a veteran trial attorney who has practiced in a wide variety of state and federal courts throughout California and beyond. He is a statewide family law presenter, author, and leader. Ruston Imming, CFLS, litigated, tried, and settled some of Santa Barbara County’s highest profile family law cases before combining with Greg in 2015, then partnering in Herring Imming. Together, they have constructed a family law force.
Herring Imming routinely guides complex property characterization and valuation, “family enterprise,” and income disputes. High-stakes custody, parenting, and domestic violence matters round out our practice portfolio. We can try any case to conclusion. We settle the overwhelming majority through our courtroom reputation.
